Student Flu Clinics Oct 5th & 6th

Moultonborough School District is offering 2 vaccine clinics for our students on Wednesday Oct 5 at MA and Thursday Oct 6 at MCS.  The clinics are operated and funded by local health networks, providing families with a convenient option for vaccinating their children against the flu and/or COVID.  The vaccine clinics are a part of our regular efforts to keep our community and safe and healthy.  Participation in these clinics is strictly voluntary, and pre-registration through the school nurses is required.

Annual Student Flu Clinic at Moultonborough Academy Wednesday Oct 5 starting at 9 AM.

On Wednesday, 10/5/22, the Winnipesaukee Public Health Network (WPHN) will provide a Flu Clinic for students in grades 6-12.  If you are interested in having you child vaccinated against the seasonal flu this year, please email MA School Nurse Carolyn Nelson at cnelson@sau45.org or call 603-476-2406 to register before Monday, 10/3/22.  Once you register your child, you will receive the appropriate forms/permissions by email or sent home with your child(ren).     This year WPHN is offering Covid-19 vaccine for students, as well.  If you are interested, let me know using the same contact information above.

Annual Student Flu Clinic at Moultonborough Central School Thursday Oct 6 starting at 9 AM

The Partnership for Public Health, through a contract with the NH Division of Public Health, is offering a flu clinic for our students on Thursday, October 6th starting at 9:00 a.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room at MCS. This clinic is offered at no cost to your child and is available to students Kindergarten to Grade 5 that are currently enrolled at MCS. If you wish for your child to receive a flu shot on October 6th, please complete Pages 1 and 2 of the “Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Record and Consent” and return it to school no later thanMonday, October 3,2022.  These documents were sent home Friday Sept 16, 2022, with your child(ren).
