MCS held their first Winter Olympics this winter. PreK through 5th grade classrooms picked their country and they created a flag. They took their flags with them to each of the game stations. They participated in floor hockey, ring toss, a Nerf biathlon relay, pop tag, snowball stack, target practice and frisbee curling. Students also had some arts and crafts time and many created a winter Olympics button. Students had lots of fun, with their classmates and teachers, they wore their countries colors and we saw lots of smiles on this special day. A big thank you to Mr. Hurley for organizing!
