The Moultonborough School Staff Association and the Moultonborough School Board are pleased to announce that the Board and staff reached an agreement on a revised teachers’ contract. We negotiated a revised labor agreement over a series of seven negotiations sessions between August and November. The proposed agreement would bring salaries into alignment with area schools. The School Staff Association agreed to take on a significantly larger portion of health care costs and move toward less costly health coverage. This agreement, if approved, would be in place for the 2022 2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 school years. The full membership of the Staff Association ratified the agreement on December 6th, and the School Board unanimously voted to ratify the proposed agreement at the December 14″ School Board meeting. Funding for this proposed agreement will go before the Moultonborough voters for approval at the annual School District Meeting in March of 2022.
